TDX Reporting Training

Campus IT Support Staff from all units are welcome - this overview and training is not intended for end users.

Overview:

In this training, participants will learn about Reporting and Desktop functionalities of TDNext for technicians., how to create grid reports and charts, and how to personalize their desktops for enhanced workflow.

All workshops will be held via Zoom. Registered participants will receive an email with the Zoom link the morning of or the day before the session. Registration will close 48 hours in advance of the training.

Course Objectives:

By the end of the session, attendees will be able to:

• Identify report source options in TDNext.
• Create grid reports and charts.
• Personalize their desktops.
